Yes. The setup fee is A$995, which includes your first month’s subscription, full system setup, and onboarding. Your first month setup includes the following:

• 4 x Ad copies

• 4 x Ad images

We also provide the following services after the first month as part of our A$595 ongoing service, which includes:

• Weeky Paid Ads management

• 1 x Additional Google Ads or Facebook Ads account setup (whichever channel was not covered in the first month)

Your free trial only starts once we go live. Here’s how it works:

• You pay the first-month setup fee of A$995.
• We take around 3 weeks to set everything up and launch your ads.
• You get 30 days free from the day your ads go live.
• You will usually get billed after about 60 days, since the setup fee covers the first month.

If you’re not happy with the results during the 30-day trial, you have two options:

Option 1
Downgrade to our A$150 plan, keep everything we built, and use any marketing agency you want moving forward. Everything is built on GoHighLevel, which costs US$97/month anyway. The A$150 plan covers this and maintains your entire setup.

Option 2
Cancel everything and walk away. However, due to the work involved, the A$995 setup fee is non-refundable.

For Facebook Ads, we recommend:

• $20–$50/day for the first 3 weeks

• After first month, around $750 - $1,000/month as a stable minimum

For Google Ads,

• $50–$100/day for the first month

• For certain industries we do not recommend starting google ads until your landing pages and ad angles have been properly tested on Facebook - otherwise this can be an expensive experiment.

We offer LinkedIn Ads for an additional $595/month. Other marketing channels can be added on request but aren’t included in the initial $595/month plan.

Glad you asked. We were going to mention this anyway because it’s one of our biggest differences. The answer is a big no — we don’t outsource. Everything is done in-house.

To show you we don’t use cookie-cutter templates or cheap VA designs, here are some recent landing pages and Facebook ad creatives we’ve built.

• We begin with 2–3 ad angles.

• Based on performance, we create new ad variations and new landing page versions every month.

• We never send all traffic to one landing page — we match each landing page to the ad angle.

• If you cancel all services (including the $150 plan), your GHL account will be closed and access to all assets will be removed.
• If you prefer to move to another agency, we can facilitate the transfer as long as your subscription is still active.

Support is typically provided within 1 business days, and in most cases, within a few hours or minutes. You can always call us if something is urgent during the business hours.

Your monthly fee includes the Leads Reacher GHL subscription You do not need to purchase a separate GHL plan.

Tech Support Limits:
If your support request requires complex work, you’ll need to upgrade to the $595/month plan for one month so we can properly resolve it.

If you stop paying the $150/month:
Your account will be closed, and you will lose access to all funnels, workflows, automations, assets, and the Leads Reacher GHL system.

This is actually an advantage for you, because you’ll save at least US$97/month.

Here’s how it works:

• You sign up with us.

• We can give you a second account at no extra cost to transfer your current GHL instance.

• This allows you to cancel your existing GHL account and save US$97/month immediately.

• We’ll load a snapshot of your current setup, so you don’t lose anything or have to start over.

• The transfer happens after setup, and only once you’re happy with everything.

A couple of important notes:

• We do not build our marketing setup inside your existing GoHighLevel CRM.

• We also don’t copy our workflows or automations into your account, as they contain our intellectual property.

• We can build extra automations in your GoHighLevel CRM (outside marketing) for an additional fee.

Best practice:

It’s better to keep cold leads separate from your main CRM. We manage that for you, and once leads warm up, we automatically sync them back into your CRM.

For those considering the $150/month self-managed option after setup, we can provide some videos to help you take over. However, we don’t provide full training at that price point. Since the automations are built on GoHighLevel (GHL), you’ll also find plenty of tutorials and resources available online.
